Description: The VA Illiana Health Care System, Danville, Illinois has a requirement for a contractor to furnish all management, supervision, labor, equipment, tools materials, supplies and transportation necessary to perform Enhanced Integrated Pest Control Services including Broadcast Treatment in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances. These services shall be performed by certified, trained, and licensed pest control operators in any or all categories as required by the State of Illinois. The contract period is from the date of award through September 30, 2005 with four (4) one year option renewals. The NAICS code is 561710. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for small business as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15.
