Description
The Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management and transportation to perform pest control services at the Omaha VA Medical Facility. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances and with the Contractor's Procedures Manual and Quality Control Manual. The Contractor shall submit to the Chief, Environmental Management Service or Contracting Officer?s Technical Representative (COTR) a detailed Pest Management Plan (PMP) for all buildings identified. The contract has a one year base period and four one year options.
