Description
Furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide integrated pest management services, in accordance with the statement of work and all terms and conditions herein, located at Fort Worth, Texas commissary.     The solicitation includes a base year plus four one-year options.     The Period of Performance will be for a base period of March 4, 2008 through February 28, 2009, and will include four one-year option periods that may be extend performance through February 28, 2013.     This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about February 4, 2008 with a tentative closing date of February 19, 2008.     The anticipated award date will be February 25, 2007.     The NAICS code is 561710 and the business size standard is $6.5 million.     This acquisition is being issued as unrestricted.
