This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is being issued by the Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area (LBL), 100 Van Morgan Drive, Golden Pond, KY 42211. LBL intends to procure a contract for Pest Control Services, per the attached Scope of Work. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561710, and the small business size standard is $7M. To be eligible for award, registration in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov)is mandatory. Proposals are due on or before the close of business March 6, 2009 at 1700 CST. Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals received after date set for receipt of proposals will be rejected. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than close of business, February 20, 2009. Answers will be posted no later than close of business, February 23, 2009. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to one responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
