Description
The Pacific Northwest Region, Bureau of Reclamation, 1150 N Curtis Rd, Boise, ID 83706-1234 (Reclamation), acting as the contracting agent for the Centennial Job Control Center, 3201 Ridgecrest Dr, Nampa, ID 83687-8399, will issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) 06SQ107080 for pest control services at the Center. Reclamation anticipates issuing the RFQ on or about May 22, 2006. The services required are generally described as providing the most appropriate pest management techniques to approximately 600,000 sq ft of facility grounds and approximately 145,000 sq ft of twelve buildings to control rats, mice, voles, roaches, seasonal crawling and flying insects and providing assistance with stored product pest control. The RFQ will be issued using Simplified Acquisiton Procedures per FAR Part 13. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561710 (Exterminating and Pest Control Services) and the size standard is $6.0 million. As this NAICS code is for a designated industry group under FAR Part 19 (Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program), the RFQ will be issued for full and open competition. Depending upon offers submitted in response to the RFQ, Reclamation anticipates awarding a fixed price contract for a base year with four option years.
