Description. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. Offers will be received no later than Friday 15 July 2005 4:00 PM. Proposals may be submitted to : Joanne.Botwinick@us.army.mil The contract period is approximately for a Base Year 0 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006 with 2 Option Periods and Subject to the Availability of Funds. 2.
