This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation FA4686-09-BIR-NETS is issued as an Request for Quotes. This notice is for Small Business Set Aside only under NAIC's 561710, for Beale AFB.

The Requirement is for approximately 9000 square feet of 3/4" Black Bird Netting to vehicle inspection building. The netting will be attached to an all steel hardware grid attached to the building. All loose bird waste on I-beams and ledges will be cleaned and disinfected using a dry cleaning method. Contractor will provide all hardware, labor, tools materials, transportation necessary to provide Bird Netting and installation; as well as Aerial Lift. If under warranty, provide warranty information.
