Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for pest control services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.     This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.     Site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 10, 2006, building 7238, contracting small conference room.     This is a Commerical solicitation, firm-fixed contract, purchase request no. F1R31A6153A100.     This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06.     It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside.     The NAICS code is 561710 and small business size standard     is $6,500,000. Besides hand-delivery of RFQ, faxed or e-mailed quotations will also be accepted.     The contractor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles, tools, supplies and equipment required to treat termites at Dyess AFB, TX.     All work will be done in accordance with all local, state, and federal safety and labor laws, and the guidelines provided in the Statement of Work.      
All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration and Wide Area Work Flow to be eligible for award. Award will be made to the RFQ that offers the best value to the government based on an integrated assessment of price and delivery time.
