Residex Expands to Jacksonville, Florida

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — On Sept. 30, Residex, LLC, acquired Elbert Specialty Products of Jacksonville, Fla., expanding its reach into the Florida marketplace. In so doing, Residex adds Pete Elbert (previous owner of Elbert Specialty Products) and Elliot Hoffman (Warehouse Manager of Elbert’s).

“Residex, LLC is committed to our continued support of the Florida Professional Pest Management Industry, and while our transition from Residex Corporation to Residex, LLC temporarily interfered with our Florida market expansion efforts; we are happy to announce that we are back on track,” says Chris Donaghy, president of Residex, LLC.

The addition of Elbert Specialty Products brings Residex to four full-line distribution sites now serving the Florida market. In addition to Elbert’s, located in Jacksonville, Residex also has locations in Sarasota, Longwood and Riviera Beach with more to come. Elbert and his team have been serving the northeastern and north central parts of Florida for more than nine years. “Elbert’s customer service philosophy melds well with Residex’s, and that is why this acquisition was mutually beneficial,” said Chris Donaghy, president of Residex.

As before, Elbert and his team will continue to provide customers with training, trouble-shooting, ID’s, product selection, and now will have greater capabilities to provide customers with business, sales training and solutions. Additionally, Elbert’s team will be fully backed by the Residex support system giving customers greater access to critical information to help them run their businesses smoothly and efficiently.
