After five years at Sorex, Fryatt will be developing Xenex Associates initially to provide networking, brokerage, commercial advice and professional business services to the pest management industry worldwide. Further services will be added as the business progresses.
In addition to senior positions in Sorex, ICI and Zeneca, Fryatt is well known for his commitment to the pest management industry. For example he was one of the leadership group that developed the first industry Global Summit and the Orlando Protocol. CEPA (Confederation of European Pest Control Associations) has recognized this in his recent appointment as part-time Director General.
“Pest management, like most other industries, has many professional consultancy companies. However, many of these focus on a limited geographic and cultural base and often rely on their strong technical background as the basis for their business,” Fryatt said. “Few of these companies see developing their clients’ businesses as their focus and fewer still offer a broad range of business and commercial services. Virtually none concern themselves with the advancement of the global pest management industry. And yet, as globalization increasingly impacts on the pest management industry, a need emerges for a professional, international business services company, able to operate at a worldwide level. Xenex Associates fills that gap.”
