TAMPA, Fla. – Rockit Pest further expanded its footprint in the Tampa Bay area with the acquisition of GreenTech Termite and Pest Control.
Frank Nabozny founded Green-Tech Termite and Pest Control in 1980 with the mission of providing customers high quality and eco-friendly pest control service at competitive prices.
“After 40 years in business, the decision to retire and sell GreenTech was a bittersweet one. I wanted to partner with a company that would maintain our legacy by upholding our commitment to our customers and taking care of the GreenTech team," said Nabozny.
Rockit’s Chairman and CEO Ryan Bradbury said, “One of our key initiatives in 2024 is to grow our business throughout Florida. GreenTech’s 40 years as an established, reputable pest control company significantly expands our footprint in the Tampa Bay Area, one of the most dynamic markets in the country."
