Rollins, Inc. Adds Two New Directors to Board

ATLANTA — R. Randall Rollins, Chairman of the Board of Rollins, Inc., a nationwide consumer services company, announced the expansion of the Board of Directors to nine members with the election of Glen W. Rollins and Larry L. Prince, as a new Directors of the Company. 
 
Glen Rollins, grandson of Rollins, Inc. founder O. Wayne Rollins and son of Rollins, Inc. President and CEO Gary W. Rollins, began his career with Rollins Inc.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Orkin, Inc. at age 14, when he assisted a termite technician during summer break from school. Since joining the company full time in 1990, Rollins has worked his way up through Orkin, holding positions as Salesman, Branch Manager, Region Manager, Division Vice President, and Vice President.  Rollins currently works for Rollins, Inc. holding the position of Vice President, and is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Orkin.  Rollins also is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Professional Pest Management Alliance, an arm of the National Pest Management Association, and is a graduate of Princeton University.

Larry L. Prince is the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Genuine Parts Company (NYSE:GPC), serving as Chairman of the Board from 1990 through February 2005 and Chief Executive Officer from 1989 through August 2004.  He also is a director of Crawford & Company (insurance holding company), and SunTrust Banks, Inc. (bank holding company).
