ATLANTA — Rollins, Inc., parent company of Orkin, announced today share repurchases for the fourth quarter of 2007 totaling 566,650 shares of its $1 par value common stock at a weighted average price of $19.50 per share. Total share repurchases for 2007 totaled 2,373,300. In total 1,014,266 additional shares may be purchased under previously approved programs by the Board of Directors. The program does not have an expiration date.
