BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Rollins strengthened its presence in the Bakersfield, Calif., area with the acquisition of Banks Pest Control, the Potomac Group announced.
Founded by Orland Banks in 1969 as a one-man operation, Banks Pest Control has grown to employ more than 40 employees, servicing the Kern County area, including Bakersfield, Tehachapi. The company was led by second-generation owner Don Banks.
The Potomac Group was the advisor for Banks Pest Control. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed
