Rollins Acquires Bug House Pest Control

ATLANTA – Rollins announced the acquisition of Bug House Pest Control, Milledgeville, Ga. Rollins said this acquisition will strengthen its presence throughout this important and growing Georgia market.

Bug House Pest Control was founded by Mike Prosperi in 1993 and has grown to be one of the largest pest control companies operating in Georgia. With 12 offices and more than 220 associates, Bug House serves residential and commercial customers throughout Central and South Georgia. Reflecting on the sale, Prosperi said, “I was looking for a partner that I could really trust – a company that would live up to their commitments.
