ATLANTA – Rollins expanded its footprint in Georgia with the acquisition of Hargrove Pest Solutions, based in the Augusta, Ga., area. The acquisition closed in March, and Hargrove became a part of Rollins brand Northwest Exterminating.
Hargrove Pest Solutions was founded in 2009 by John and Regan Boudreaux, who also own Hargrove Inspection Services, which operated in conjunction with the pest control firm and allowed clients to receive a home inspection and a quote for pest or termite services simultaneously. In 2019, the company was recognized as a PCT Rising Star, and in that article PCT noted that “Hargrove had experienced an average growth rate of 26 percent the past three years.”
A Northwest Exterminating spokesperson said the Hargrove culture of service and putting customers and teammates first is similar to Northwest and “the service line Hargrove Pest offers also meshed well with the Northwest business model, with Hargrove and Northwest offering pest, termite, mosquito and crawlspace solutions.”
John and Regan Boudreaux will continue to operate their Inspection business, Hargrove Inspection Services.
