Rollins Donation Establishes Sixth Perpetual Pi Chi Omega Scholarship

Starting in 2022, Phi Chi Omega will have a sixth perpetual scholarship. The R. Randall Rollins Memorial Scholarship has been funded with a donation of $50,000 from Rollins, Inc.


ATLANTA, Ga. – Pi Chi Omega announced the addition of a sixth perpetual scholarship starting in 2022. The R. Randall Rollins Memorial Scholarship has been funded with a donation of $50,000 from Rollins Inc. This scholarship pays tribute to urban entomology students with work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and inventiveness, which were traits valued by R. Randall Rollins.

This annual $2,000 scholarship will bring the total of Pi Chi Omega's annual awards to $13,000 and it will bring the total of Pi Chi Omega's scholarship funds to over $325,000.

Chairman and CEO of Rollins Inc., Gary Rollins said, "R. Randall Rollins was a visionary leader of our company and the pest control industry for many, many years and he always encouraged his peers and employees to continuously improve their knowledge, skills and work ethic. We are glad to be able to fund this scholarship to honor his legacy and support hard-working students who want to be the best in the pest control industry. We hope the scholarship will be able to help many fulfill their studies and contribute to the industry during their careers."
