ATLANTA — Rollins Inc., the parent of pest control company Orkin, on Wednesday said its fourth-quarter profit jumped 13 percent on the performance of its sales and service programs.
Net income for the period ended Dec. 31 rose to $11.9 million, or 12 cents per share, from $10.5 million, or 10 cents per share, during the same period a year prior. Revenue rose 6 percent to $216 million from $204.7 million.
For the full year, profit rose 12 percent to $64.7 million, or 64 cents per share, from $57.8 million, or 56 cents per share. Revenue rose 4 percent to $894.9 million from $858.9 million.
