Rollins Inc. Adds Thomas Lawley to Board of Directors

ATLANTA – R. Randall Rollins, chairman of the Board, of Rollins, Inc., announced the election of Thomas J. Lawley, MD, as a new Director of the Company. Lawley is currently Dean of the Emory University School of Medicine and has served in this capacity since 1996. The Emory University School of Medicine employs more than 4,500 faculty, staff and administrators, with an enrollment of 454 students and an annual operating budget of $550,000,000. Lawley is president of the Emory Medical Care Foundation and the Emory Children’s Center and has held seats on the boards and executive committees of several distinguished organizations.
