ATLANTA — Rollins reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. The Atlanta-based company reported full-year revenue rose 11% to $3.8 billion, compared with 2024.
Rollins reported that organic revenue increased 6.9%, while acquisitions added 4.1%. Operating income climbed 10.5% to $726 million. Operating margin slipped 10 basis points to 19.3%. Adjusted operating income rose 11.4% to $752 million, with adjusted operating margin improving 10 basis points to 20%.
“We delivered solid financial results in 2025 and made important progress on a number of key initiatives,” President and CEO Jerry Gahlhoff said. “Our underlying markets remain healthy, customer and teammate retention rates are strong, and we are confident that nothing has fundamentally changed with respect to our consumer.” He added that the company continues to invest in the business and is well positioned entering 2026.
In the fourth quarter, revenue increased 9.7% to $913 million, including 5.7% organic growth and 4% from acquisitions. Operating income rose 6.3% to $160 million, while operating margin declined 60 basis points to 17.5%. Adjusted operating income increased 8.1% to $167 million, with adjusted operating margin of 18.3%, down 30 basis points from a year earlier.
Looking ahead, Rollins said it expects healthy pest control markets and continued operational execution to support organic growth in 2026, along with disciplined acquisitions and margin improvement driven by pricing and modernization efforts.
“We are pleased with the double-digit revenue, earnings, and cash flow growth we delivered for the year, despite the negative impact that erratic weather patterns had on our business in the fourth quarter,” said Kenneth Krause, executive vice president and chief financial officer. He said recurring and ancillary services, which account for more than 80% of total revenue, grew more than 7% organically for both the quarter and the year, partially offset by a decline in one-time business that the company views as temporary.
