ATLANTA — Rollins, Inc., announced share repurchases for the fourth quarter of 2009 totaling 227,100 shares of its $1 par value common stock at a weighted average price of $18.18 per share. Total share repurchases for 2009 totaled 1,677,200. In total, 2,951,591 additional shares may be purchased under previously approved programs by the Board of Directors. The program does not have an expiration date.
