TROY, Mich. – Rose Pest Solutions has expanded its presence in the Cincinnati, Ohio area with the acquisition of Redwine Pest Control. The announcement was made by Rose Pest Solutions President Russ Ives. Terms of the agreement will not be disclosed.
“For more than 155 years, Rose Pest Solutions has enjoyed a fine reputation built on its commitment to providing customers with the best in integrated pest management,” said Ives. “This commitment, combined with the similarities in service offerings between Rose and Redwine, make this acquisition an ideal match.”
Redwine Pest Control is a family-owned business that has served the Cincinnati metropolitan area and northern Kentucky for the past 11 years. The company, which has a loyal customer base and is a three-time Angie’s List Super Service Award winner, offers residential and commercial customers integrated pest management programs that include pest control, bed bug eradication, terminate control, mole trapping services and more. Paul Redwine, owner of Redwine Pest Control, has joined Rose Pest Solutions as an account manager.
