YARDLEY, Pa. - TRNZ4m announced that Jim Hozey, service manager at Rose Pest Solutions, graduated from the Accelerated Gross Proft (AGP) frontline Service Manager Program.
Hozey said the program, designed to develop frontline service managers through structured coaching and data-driven tools, has given him clarity, skills, and confidence to elevate his leadership.
“The most valuable tool I learned from AGP was the importance of intentionally scheduling quality interaction time in the field with technicians,” said Hozey. “By dedicating time to be present, I identified issues, provided real-time corrections, and offered hands-on training; strengthening communication and team efficiency.”
Prior to enrolling, Hozey was primarily running routes while cultivating supervisor skills. He said AGP courses helped him develop technology and data analysis skills, and he credited working with AGP implementer Alexie for her support and determination.
The AGP framework — built on Activities, Cadence, and Execution — turns reactive supervisors into proactive leaders, equipping them with the tools to lead people, manage performance, and drive profit, according to TRNZ4m. Learn more at https://www.trnz4m.com.
