Schendel Pest Services Announces Promotions of Tim Powell and Mark Lillis

TOPEKA, Kan. - Schendel Pest Services, a privately-held leading provider of complete pest management services to commercial and residential clients, has announced the promotions of Tim Powell and Mark Lillis.

Tim Powell has been promoted to general manager. He has worked for Schendel for more than 20 years, as a district manager, commercial sales consultant and most recently as Director of Sales. In his new position, Powell will direct and support the commercial division of the company, including overseeing the district managers and commercials sales team.

Mark Lillis has been promoted to director of Pest Services. He has been with Schendel for nine years, most recently as district manager in Lawrence, Kan. As director of Pest Services, Lillis will direct and support the residential and termite division of Schendel, and will oversee the residential sales team.
