Scherzinger Pest Control Acquires Guarantee Pest Control

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Scherzinger Pest Control recently acquired Lexington, Ky.-based Guarantee Pest Control. The addition of Guarantee’s operations will add Central Kentucky to Scherzinger’s service area. The company currently has operations in Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus.

Guarantee currently has eight employees serving business and residential customers within a 40-mile radius of Lexington. All current team members have been invited to remain with the company.

“Our experience working in the region and knowing the pest challenges that area families and companies face made coming to Lexington very attractive to us,” said Scherzinger President Kurt Scherzinger. “And when it came to Guarantee, our families have known and respected each other for at least three generations so we knew this was the right fit for both of us.”

The company will continue to operate under the Guarantee brand in the near term and maintain its offices in Lexington.
