McHENRY, Ill. — Schopen Pest Solutions promoted Christopher Baumann (pictured, left) from branch manager to director of operations. Mark Berry (pictured, right) was promoted from quality control manager to branch manager of Schopen’s flagship McHenry, Ill., branch.
Baumann and Berry both joined Schopen in April 2018.
Baumann moved from field technician to branch manager and helped Schopen realize its goal of 25 percent year-over-year growth during his tenure. He is a National Pest Management Association Executive Leadership Program participant and is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Baumann resides in McHenry with his wife, Jessica, and three children, Jacob, Sarina and Bennet. He volunteers with Kids in Need McHenry County in his free time.
Berry was promoted from field technician to quality control manager in January 2021. During his tenure as quality control manager, he ensured client retention by tackling tough pest issues and responding to emergency situations. He also ensured that Schopen technicians were working to company standards by visiting clients’ homes to verify the thoroughness of past technician visits.
Berry is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin. He resides in McCullom Lake, Ill., with his three cats and enjoys fishing in his free time.
