Each class elects individuals to serve as chairpersons for the following cohort of students. Margie Alsbury of Manning’s Pest Control and Raylene Galloway of Pisgash Pest Control, who graduated in the program’s first class, served as co-chairs of 2024-2025 class.
“Serving as co-chair of the NCPMA Leadership Development Program has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I’m so proud of each participant — your growth, your dedication and the friendships you’ve built with one another have been incredible to witness," said Margie Alsbury, co-chair of the Leadership Development Academy program. "I’m grateful to Nick Ensing for stepping up to join Raylene as co-chairs for the next session, and I’m thankful to Raylene for being such a strong and supportive partner throughout this journey.
