DALLAS — Senske Family of Companies has acquired Deans Services, a Florida-based provider of lawn, termite and pest control services. The transaction marks Senske’s first expansion into the Florida market.
Deans Services was founded more than 35 years ago by Ty Jones and siblings Trent, Brandi and Todd. The company has been family-operated since its inception and serves communities across the region.
“As we looked to write the next chapter for Deans Services, we carefully evaluated potential partners,” said Ty Jones. “Senske was the right fit to carry our business forward.”
Casey Taylor, CEO of Senske Family of Companies, added, “Florida has been a key growth target for our company,” said . “This acquisition supports our broader expansion strategy.”
Deans Services will continue to operate under its existing name. According to the companies, employees and customers can expect operations to remain consistent, with the addition of expanded support and resources through Senske’s national network.
PCO M&A Specialists, a division of PCO Bookkeepers, acted as exclusive financial advisors to Deans Services on the transaction.
