CLARKSTON, Wash. – Senske Services has acquired Valence Pest Control, dba Sun Pest Management. The Aust Group, which represented Sun Pest Management as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction, announced that the deal closed March 1.
Sun Pest Management, a general pest control company based in Clarkston, Wash., was formed in 1969 by Marvin Jackson. In 2005, Jackson sold the business to Russ and Jenny Craber.
Sun Pest Management currently operates in Southeastern Washington, Northern Idaho and Northeastern Oregon. The company also offers weed control and lawn care to residential and commercial clients.

Transaction terms were not disclosed.
