COLUMBUS, Ohio, – Service Pro developers of ServSuite, announced that the ServSuite Mobile program is now available in beta format. This formally makes ServSuite the only pest control software solution available on all three major platforms, the company reports.
The beta version of ServSuite Mobile is user-friendly and compatible with all versions of the iPad, according to ServicePro.net. Other note-worthy functionality include the En Route function, which informs PCOs of their next appointment, and the Work Order and Invoice Emailing function, which allows the user to email work orders and invoices to the clients directly from the mobile device.
Other main functionalities include: instant updating of speci¬fic data; instant access to client profiles and history; customizable fi¬elds in certain areas; and accessing of service schedules. Although this primary version of the ServSuite Mobile is more service-centered, more sales features are planned for future versions of the software solution. ServSuite Mobile is available on all iPhone/iPad and Android phones and tablets. For pest control operators using Windows Mobile on their portable devices, Service Pro.net has a traditional Windows Mobile 6.5 application designed to run on rugged bar-code scanners and non-bar-code scanner devices. This application can fill the gap for those non-Apple or Android users and also bring about the same results as the cross-mobile application.
