Group rate:  $119.00 + tax per night - single or double  (rates includes full breakfast & evening Happy Hour 5 - 7pm)

Hotel - Cancellation policy:  48 hrs prior to arrival

Shuttle service:
DFW Int'l Airport - complimentary shuttle to the Embassy Suites - call from the courtesy phone directory in the baggage claim area. 

Love Field:  you will have to take a cab to the hotel - approx - $20 + tip each way

Registrations must be received by Aug. 14, 2009

The retreat is pre-registration only – no walk ins. Cost is $800 for the first attendee; $600 for the second attendee; and $400 for the third plus attendees. Plus your travel, hotel and expenses.
