NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Service Pro held its annual users conference, ServSuite University 2013, the week of Dec. 2, in Nashville, Tenn. The customer-focused event was a attended by more than 200 of Service Pro's customers, staff, and business partners.
ServSuite University advanced training on ServSuite software, including various modules, features, and services. ServSuite customers also had the opportunity to hear from industry experts on how to improve their business operations during customer round tables, case studies, and network to further learn about industry-specific applications for pest control and lawn care business advancement.
Some highlights during ServSuite University included advanced office functions, mobility, print to mail, visual routing, ServSuite Call Ahead, Reporting tools, and E-Connect customer web portal. Many customers took the opportunity to share great feedback at ServSuite University 2013 in real time via Social Media, including:
