DALLAS - ServiceMark Communications has been licensed by the National Pest Management Association to print the newly updated and copyrighted National Wood Destroying Insect Report form NPMA-33. The new version, revised July 1, 2019, may be used for WDI inspections immediately but MUST be used for all inspections on or after January 1, 2020. The previous version of form NPMA-33 will become obsolete after December 31, 2019.
