ServiceMaster Acquires Desert Pacific Exterminators

The Aust Group announced that its client, Desert Pacific Exterminators, sold to ServiceMaster’s subsidiary, Terminix International. Desert Pacific Exterminators, located in Yucca Valley, Calif., was acquired as part of an asset purchase agreement. The Aust Group represented Desert Pacific as the exclusive financial advisor on this transaction.

 

In 1991, Steve and Laurie Hawkins formed Desert Pacific Exterminators, focusing on the High Desert market. Desert Pacific has been voted as “Best of the Best” in the Morongo Basin the last six years.
