MEMPHIS - ServiceMaster, through its subsidiary, Terminix International, has acquired, Lytle’s Termite & Pest Control of Morehead, Ky. The acquisition was announced by The Aust Group, which represented Lytle’s as the exclusive financial advisor on this transaction.
Founded in 1982 by Nick Lytle, the company started as a local pest operation based out of Morehead, Ken. In 2010, Nick exited the company and passed along the business to his son, Norman. Lytle’s has built and maintained its business by offering quality and dependable service to customers, as well as excellent customer care.
With regards to the transaction, Daniel Aust, director of M&A, The Aust Group, commented, “We are excited for Norman on this great milestone. The acquisition will add more density to Terminix’s footprint in the Greater Lexington market.”
