MEMPHIS, Tenn. — ServiceMaster has acquired Seitz Brothers Exterminating, Schuylkill, Pa. The acquisition was announced by Potomac Pest Control, which represented Seitz Brothers during the transaction.
Founded in 1975, Seitz Brothers grew to become one of the largest, independently owned pest control companies in Eastern Pennsylvania. With more than 80 employees, Seitz Brothers covers a large swath of territory from its home base in Tamaqua, Pa., north to the Poconos and down in Philadelphia and New Jersey.
The company was acquired by ServiceMaster in late 2018 and made part of its Terminix Specialty Brands division.
