MEMPHIS, Tenn. - ServiceMaster will build a new $122 million-headquarters campus in Memphis.
The announcement comes less than three months after the Fortune 500 company said it was moving its headquarters from suburban Chicago to Memphis, where its operating divisions are all based.
The company's divisions include TruGreen ChemLawn, Merry Maids and Terminix along with others. Services range from pest control to disaster recovery to heat and air and plumbing.
The company expects to create 500 jobs in the city over the next four years -- 165 of them would be executive posts. The site for the new headquarters is about two miles from the FedEx World Headquarters.
