COLUMBUS, Ohio — ServicePro will debuting some of its newest additions — most importantly Route Optimization — at NPMA PestWorld, scheduled for Oct. 24-27, in Baltimore.
Route Optimization is the newest ServSuite module and it allows pest control companies to create the best, most efficient, and economic routes for their technicians. It allows its users to organize their daily schedules with drag & drop, or just choose one of the various ways to optimize a workweek. In the Route Optimization module preferred routes and date ranges can be selected, taking into account technician shifts, lunch hours, work days, holidays, etc. This will allow businesses to build better customer relations, get reports on company practices, and save time and money, the company reports. In addition ServicePro will present their new Scheduling tool which has seen some significant overall improvements.
At one of the ServicePro PestWorld booths, pest control companies will be able to learn how to improve business operations and go paperless with the Mobile App, learn the benefits of its integration with GPS Vehicle Tracking & Dispatch, and gather information on other ServSuite modules. ServicePro will be demonstrating ServSensor and how it can help improve commercial account rodent monitoring and wildlife monitoring with less visits and high quality trend reporting and analysis. They will be able to learn about growing their revenue using proposals with ServSales and get signatures on the spot with ServSign.
All in all, ServicePro and ServSuite will present their new and optimized routing and scheduling solutions, new ways to market pest control businesses to potential customers, and other improved answers to the daily business-related questions of the industry.
