COLUMBUS, Ohio — ServicePro announced the release of the newest addition to the ServSuite family of products, ServSales. ServSales is a standalone application that integrates with ServSuite for a web-based or mobile sales production tool.
This solution helps users turn sales prospects into leads and customer accounts, which the company says will help keep sales operations running smoothly. ServicePro will be showcasing ServSales at the upcoming ServSuite University users conference.
The ServSales App works on multiple platforms, has a scheduling feature, and it can also help users prospect in the neighborhoods they are already servicing using mapping and location services. Once out in the field, it automatically populates an address, and saves time. It also serves to store and manage proposals, as well as take digital signatures once a document is ready to be signed. It allows users to manage prospect callbacks, customer visits, tasks, and history.
