LOS ANGELES – ServiceTitan, announced new artificial intelligence-powered tools aimed at helping contractors automate back-office operations, from initial customer contact to final invoicing. The company also introduced Atlas, a new AI assistant designed to work within the ServiceTitan platform.

Atlas is built on Titan Intelligence, ServiceTitan’s AI engine tailored to the trades. Users can interact with Atlas using natural language, either typed or spoken, to perform tasks such as running reports, scheduling jobs, or dispatching technicians.

“Atlas feels more like a co-pilot or chief of staff that adapts to each contractor’s workflows,” said Vahe Kuzoyan, co-founder and president of ServiceTitan.

Features include:

  • Field support through ServiceTitan Mobile, offering technicians real-time information without needing to call dispatch.
  • Office automation for accounting, scheduling, and pricing decisions.
  • Commercial tools such as auto-filled daily logs, automated RFIs and change orders, and streamlined billing processes.
  • Customer service improvements via AI-powered booking agents, text-based scheduling, and dispatch suggestions.
  • Business insights that surface trends like booking rate changes and offer data-driven recommendations.
Atlas can take direct action as well, such as adjusting marketing spend based on job volume or launching campaigns during slow periods.

“AI isn’t going to replace contractors, but it will transform how they operate,” said Ara Mahdessian, ServiceTitan co-founder and CEO.

The company also announced the launch of its Max Program, which combines its AI tools with expert support. The program is intended to help contractors adopt automation and maximize the return on their investment.
