ATLANTA – Growing its metro Atlanta presence with two significant transactions, Skyline Pest Solutions has acquired the pest and termite control division of King GREEN, and pest control provider Health Ranch.
Skyline Pest Solutions is a leader in sustainable solutions for termite control, pest control and wildlife exclusion services in metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Both partnerships will introduce new services for King GREEN and Health Ranch customers, including wildlife exclusion and insulation services.
King GREEN has been providing lawn, tree and shrub care to customers for more than 28 years, and will continue to offer these services to its customers. Meanwhile, King GREEN’s pest and termite services, along with four of King GREEN’s trained professionals, will transition to the Skyline Pest Solutions team.
“We expect this acquisition to be the start of a strong and unique partnership,” said Brandon Ansley, president of Skyline Pest Solutions. “By having King GREEN as trusted partner in the lawn & ornamental space, we are now able to help provide our customers with world-class lawn & tree care solutions from King GREEN while continuing to offer and provide what we do best: pest, termite and wildlife solutions.”
Going forward, Skyline plans to recommend King GREEN’s lawn, tree and shrub care services to its customers, and King GREEN will likewise refer its customers seeking termite and pest control services to Skyline. “Skyline has an excellent reputation and will continue the highest level of service for our customers,” said Charlie King, president of King GREEN. “We are proud and excited to start this new partnership with Skyline as we continue to focus our business on lawn, tree and shrub care.”
Health Ranch has been providing pest and termite control services in the metro Atlanta area for more than 35 years. As founder Gene Donley retires this year, his son, Paul Donley, will transition to the Skyline team.
“Paul and Gene were looking for a strong partner to continue delivering quality service to Health Ranch’s customers after Gene’s retirement,” said Ansley. “We are happy to be involved in the next chapter of their company.”
