ATLANTA – Skyline Pest Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Environmental Pest Service, today announced the acquisition of Atlanta-based People’s Pest Control.
The acquisition expands Skyline’s presence in the Atlanta market and improves the company’s ability to provide much-needed services to homeowners in the greater Atlanta area.
“Skyline is proud to welcome People’s Pest Control to our growing team,” said Brian Dworetsky region vice president of Skyline Pest Solutions. “We are excited to work with their customers and look forward to providing the same level of high-quality service they have come to expect.”
People’s Pest Control offers residential and commercial pest control services, including treatments for general pest, termites, bed bugs, and rodent removal. It is the sister company to Mr. Mister Mosquito Control, which will remain under the ownership of the current leadership team.
“We’re looking forward to focusing our attention fully on our mosquito business and are confident that Skyline will continue our ironclad customer service and provide highly effective pest control services to our valued customers,” said Matt Brill, co-owner of People’s Pest Control. “At People’s Pest Control, the people come first, and this will not change under the new leadership.”
