Lloyd Smigel Announces Pair of Upcoming Discovery Retreats

Industry consultant Lloyd Smigel has announced a pair of Discovery Retreats this year. The first retreat, titled “Sales – Service and Office: Working Together for Growth and Profit,” will take place March 19-20, at the Embassy Suites- DFW South, located at 4650 West Airport Fwy., Irving, Texas 75062 (Phone number: 972/790-0093). Registrations must be received by Feb. 19.
 
This retreat will be two days of concentration on coordinating growth and profit with Sales, Service and Office combining their experiences towards growth and profit.
 
The second Discovery Retreat, titled “Survival of the Fittest: Personal Strategy – Coordination of People, Personalities and Goals,” is scheduled for Sept. 24-25, at the same hotel (Embassy Suites- DFW South). Registrations must be received by Aug. 27

This retreat will feature behavioral specialist Brad Bartlett, who works with such companies as Orkin and Steritech. Bartlett will provide tips for helping PCOs maintain and hire the right people and having them work as a team, instead of individual
