TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Debra Smith to manager of the company’s Tempe (Ariz.) service office at 1005 N. Stadem.
Smith joined Truly Nolen in early 2017 and was most recently in the company’s manager-in-training program. Prior to joining the company, she spent over 20 years as a manager in the retail industry with companies such as Nike, Bath and Body Works, White House Black Market, and Aeropostale.
Some of Smith’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Tempe community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout her team. “Our company’s core values are a reflection of how I have always seen my career path,” said Smith. “I am excited about developing a team that delivers an exceptional experience for our customers each and every time.”
“Debra’s two decades of managerial experience combined with her ability to connect with customers made her a natural choice for this new position,” said Randall Hartman, Manager Mentor, Western U.S. Region. “I look forward to seeing her development and I am glad she is part of our team.”
