NILES, Ill. - Smithereen Pest Management, Niles, Ill., announced the acquisition of Liberty Termite and Pest Control, an East Peoria, Ill.-based pest control firm. Smithereen said this acquisition is part of its expansion plans in Central Illinois.
"Liberty Termite and Pest Control is a great company with a reputation for providing excellent service to its customers," said Scott Seifert, director of sales & marketing at Smithereen. "We are thrilled to welcome them to the Smithereen family and look forward to continuing their legacy of providing high-quality pest control solutions."
Liberty Termite and Pest Control was owned and operated by Kevin and Tami Meischner. They are staying on board with Smithereen as consultants for one year.
