TACOMA, Wash. – Sprague Pest Solutions announced the acquisition of Home and Office Pest Control, further expanding the company’s footprint in Montana.
The acquisition provides Sprague with increased capacity to service agriculture, food, distribution, and government clients in Montana. With the acquisition, Sprague gains an expanded footprint, spanning 19 counties that make up nearly one-third of the state.

This is a significant acquisition that allows us to better serve our commercial clients in Montana - providing them with comprehensive and customized pest control solutions. We are confident that the combined strengths of our two companies will lead to an even greater level of service excellence,” said Sprague President Ross Treleven.
Sprague has more than 98 years of experience providing innovative integrated pest management and food safety programs. This acquisition is the first for Sprague in 2024. Since 1975, the company has acquired nearly 30 pest control companies throughout the Western U.S.
