TACOMA, Wash. — Sprague Pest Solutions has promoted Michael Franks, ACE, and Christian Guidry to operations manager roles.
Franks joined Sprague in 2010 and in 2014, he completed Sprague’s Leadership Development Program and was appointed as the team’s Trainer Technician in 2019. Earlier this year, Franks earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification, further solidifying his technical expertise in the field.
Franks steps into the role at a pivotal time for the Denver team, following the progression of leadership with the appointment of James Mullen, ACE, as branch manager after the previous manager, Kolbin Bertilson, was appointed regional manager.
He joins as the second operations manager for the Seattle team.
These promotions mark the third and fourth internal advancements of route managers to operations managers this year, the company said.
