Sprague Expands California Presence with Fresno Branch

By establishing a presence in Fresno, Sprague said it aims to better serve the agricultural and food processing clients in the area.

FRESNO, Calif. – Sprague Pest Solutions, a commercial-only pest management, is opening its newest branch in Fresno, Calif. This move comes as a response to Sprague’s increased growth in the San Joaquin Valley, the company said.

The expansion into Fresno marks the fourth branch in California. By establishing a presence in Fresno, the company said it aims to better serve the agricultural and food processing clients in the area.

Leading the new charge as the branch manager of Fresno, Calif., is Ryan Reese. Reese joins Sprague with a diverse background spanning community coordination, safety supervision, and district management in the food service industry. He brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the new role. A graduate of California State University in Fresno, Reese’s experience and local knowledge will be instrumental in driving the success of the new branch, the company said.

In tandem with the opening of the Fresno branch, Sprague is promoting TJ Van Every to the position of branch manager for the Bakersfield branch. Van Every’s journey with Sprague began in 2019 where he joined as a route manager. He quickly became a technical specialist months later. In January 2023, he was appointed regional project manager.

“I am thrilled to witness our team’s continued growth in the Valley," said Lance Gray, regional manager at Sprague. "The opening of our Fresno branch and the promotion of TJ showcases our sustainable growth. I look forward to the continued success of these two branches and the positive impact they will have on our customers and communities.”
