Sprague
TACOMA, Wash. – Sprague Pest Solutions has been recognized as a Top Workplace, earning spots on both the Seattle and The Oregonian Top Workplaces list.
This marks the third time Sprague has been recognized in Oregon and the second time in Seattle. Earlier this year, Sprague also earned a spot on the USA Today Top Workplaces list for the second consecutive year. This distinction highlights the consistent focus on building a positive, inclusive and growth-oriented environment for team members across all branches, said Sprague.
The Top Workplaces awards are based on feedback from employees gathered through a confidential third-party survey administered by Energage LLC, a platform for workplace culture research. The survey uniquely measures 15 cultural drivers critical to the success of any organization; including alignment, execution and connection; providing a clear picture of how employees view their workplace experience, said Sprague.
“Our team has grown to the largest it has ever been,” said Shane Hartnett, director of operations. “Maintaining our strong, connected culture across every branch has never been more important. This recognition reflects the dedication and pride our teams bring to their work every day. It’s an honor to see as we grow that our team members continue to feel valued, supported and proud to be part of Sprague.”
