Sprague Pest Solutions Acquires California Pest Management

LOS ANGELES – Sprague Pest Solutions announced the acquisition of California Pest Management (CAL-PEST), a family-owned pest management company founded by Jim and Gail Harmon. This marks Sprague’s third acquisition in the Los Angeles market.

Several CAL-PEST team members will join Sprague to assist with onboarding. CAL-PEST has decades of experience serving school districts and customers through Integrated Pest Management Programs, said Sprague.
